KUALA LUMPUR: Affin Research is maintaining its “Buy” recommendation on Sunway Bhd
with an unchanged target price of RM4.01 as it view Sunway as an attractive proxy to Iskandar.
It said Sunway’s unit Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd had on Friday accepted the letter of award from Pulau Indah Ventures Sdn Bhd to contruct a RM282.9mil “Urban Wellness” project in Medini, Johor.
