PETALING JAYA: BCM Alliance Bhd
has entered into a share sale agreement with Ho Kee Wee for the proposed disposals of the entire equity interest in CS Laundry and 99.97% equity interest in CS Laundry Philippines for RM20mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, BCM Alliance said the companies are principally involved in the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of commercial laundry equipment and carrying on the business of launderers cleaners, dry cleaners and carpet beaters services as well as repairing all articles sent for cleaning or beating.
Ho is a director of CS Laundry and Century Pavilion, which are subsidiaries of BCM Alliance.
BCM Alliance said proceeds from the disposal will primarily be used for the purchase of new medical devices and equipment.
