Systech redesignates Low to MD role

PETALING JAYA: Systech Bhd has redesignated its executive director, Dr Low Min Yew (39), to the position of managing director.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the digital transformation and automation provider also said that its group chief executive officer, Vincent Nee Aik Chiang (36), has resigned due to personal commitments.

According to the company’s annual report, Low, who holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and has a solid background in finance, is the founder and chief executive officer of Systech Digital Solutions Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Systech.

Separately, the company said Systech Digital had entered into a collaboration agreement with MYX Ventures Sdn Bhd for the purpose of strengthening the parties’ collaboration in structured innovation, solution integration and scalable deployment of digital solutions for corporate and public sector clients in Malaysia and selected regional markets

“The collaboration is intended to strengthen Malaysia’s digital ecosystem, accelerate technology adoption among corporates, and drive both domestic and foreign digital investment into Malaysia.”
