Carlo Rino eyes Main Market transfer by 2H26


PETALING JAYA: Carlo Rino Group Bhd is proposing to transfer its listing status from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the fast-fashion retailer specialising in trendy and fashionable women’s handbags, footwear and accessories stated the proposed transfer will help strengthen its credibility and reputation with a broader base of investors, including institutional investors, while reinforcing the confidence of all stakeholders.

The proposed transfer is expected to be completed by the second half of 2026.

Carlo Rino was initially listed on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities on Nov 28, 2018 and successfully transferred to the ACE Market on Dec 18, 2024.
