Axis-REIT 4Q25 net profit up 47% to RM133.87mil on resilient property income

KUALA LUMPUR: Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (Axis-REIT) posted a higher net profit of RM133.87 million for the quarter ended Dec 31, 2025 (4Q 2025) versus RM91.01 million a year earlier, supported by resilient net property income. 

Revenue rose by four per cent to RM91.31 million from RM87.76 million previously, the trust said in a Bursa Malaysia filing today. 

In a separate statement, its management company Axis REIT Managers Bhd chief executive officer and executive director Leong Kit May said the performance reflects the resilience of the trust’s property portfolio, supported by stable rental income and prudent asset management.

"Malaysia’s key industrial corridors such as Klang Valley, Penang, and Johor continue to attract multinational companies seeking cost-efficient logistics and manufacturing hubs, positioning Axis-REIT favourably to capture sustainable growth,” she said. 

The trust declared a distribution of 2.75 sen per unit for the quarter, bringing its total distribution for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2025, to 10.55 sen, up from 9.27 sen a year earlier.

For the full year, its net profit rose to RM282.08 million from RM210.01 million a year earlier on the back of RM364.2 million in revenue versus RM320.1 million previously. - Bernama
