PETALING JAYA: HE Group Bhd
has accepted a purchase order (PO) for the power distribution system works for a manufacturer of electronic products in Malaysia.
In a filing, the power distribution system provider said the aggregate contract value is approximately RM12.6mil, subject to any variations, additions, or omissions to be made in accordance with the express terms of the PO.
“The commencement date for the PO is on the date of acceptance, with a completion date of Nov 30, 2026,” it added.
It said the PO is expected to contribute positively to future earnings and will not have any effect on its share capital.
