KUALA LUMPUR: Aeon Credit Service (M) Bhd has completed its eleventh issuance of Islamic Commercial Papers (ICP) under its Sukuk Wakalah programme, raising RM150mil with a tenure of 179 days.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the Sukuk Wakalah was issued on Jan 9, 2026 under its ICP Programme established on Nov 2, 2022.

AEON Credit said the proceeds will be used for Shariah-compliant purposes, including financing disbursements to customers in the ordinary course of its consumer financing business.

The funds will also be used to cover financing expenses related to the ICP Programme and to refinance existing and future Islamic financing facilities, in whole or in part.
