Qube set for ACE Market listing


PETALING JAYA: Qube International Bhd is eyeing a listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.

The company is principally involved in the provision of integrated exhibitions and event services.

In its prospectus exposure, the company said its initial public offering (IPO) will entail the public issue of 249.08 million new ordinary shares.

The company said proceeds from the IPO will be used to strengthen internal capabilities and new assembly facility; to set up a new production facility; to recruit and expand its corporate office; as well as repay bank borrowings.

“We intend to continue growing and positioning ourselves as an integrated exhibitions and events services provider in order to capture more opportunities for exhibitions and events in Malaysia.

“We intend to construct a larger production facility that will provide us with ample space to undertake more production activities,” it said.
