PETALING JAYA: Cypark Resources Bhd, via its wholly-owned subsidiary Cypark Renewable Energy Sdn Bhd, has completed the early and full redemption of its outstanding Tranche 1 Perpetual Sukuk Musharakah amounting to RM235mil.

In a statement, the integrated renewable energy and environmental solutions provider said the exercise was completed on Dec 30, 2025, in accordance with the terms of the facility and following the requisite approvals.

“The redemption underscores Cypark’s commitment to honouring its obligations to sukukholders and represents a significant step in the group’s ongoing strategic and financial transformation.

“This exercise forms part of Cypark’s broader balance sheet optimisation efforts, following the group-wide refinancing exercise that will enable the group to address legacy financing structures and strengthen its long-term capital profile,” it said.
