PETALING JAYA: TSR Capital Bhd
has received a letter of acceptance from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn Bhd for the supply of materials and provision of construction work services worth RM48mil.
In a statement, the construction and property development firm said the contract pertains to the proposed construction and completion of main infrastructure and ancillary works at Bandar Bukit Raja Stage 3, in Klang, Selangor.
TSR Capital said the contract comprised two components, namely, the supply and delivery of materials and for construction work services, which have been consolidated into a single integrated contract package.
“TSR Capital views this contract award as a significant addition to the group’s order book,” it said.
