Pasukhas wins RM64mil data centre contract

PETALING JAYA: Pasukhas Group Bhd has received a letter of appointment (LoA) from a US-based “leading multinational technology corporation” for the construction and completion of a data centre in Johor Baru worth RM63.6mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the construction firm said the project is scheduled to commence on Jan 1, 2026, and is expected to be completed by Jan 30, 2027.

“The LoA marks a significant milestone towards the company’s strategic business expansion and is expected to strengthen the company’s revenue and financial conditions upon completion of the project.”

Pasukhas said there are no foreseeable significant risks other than operational risk associated with the project.

The project is expected to contribute positively to the company’s future earnings, it added.
