Oasis in deal to buy PR firm for RM900,000

KUALA LUMPUR: Oasis Harvest Corp Bhd has proposed to acquire an 80% stake in Contagious (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd for RM900,000 cash from Jubilee Holdings Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the food and beverage company said Contagious is an event management and public relations firm established in 2010, and has worked with clients including Celcom, Malaysia Airlines and DRB-Hicom.
