PETALING JAYA: Tanco Holdings Bhd
has entered into a heads of agreement (HOA) with CCCC Dredging Southeast Asia Sdn Bhd (CDSA) to detail further aspects of the development of a proposed Smart AI Container Port in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
In a statement, Tanco said the HOA establishes the framework for consideration of CDSA’s appointment as the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor for the port.
