PETALING JAYA: HSS Engineers Bhd (HEB) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with CTI Engineering Co Ltd to explore potential synergies in engineering consultancy, technology transfer, and business development, both locally and internationally.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, engineering firm HEB, said the deal shall be effective from the date of signing and shall remain in force for one year, unless earlier terminated by either party.
