PETALING JAYA: Rapid Synergy Bhd
's wholly owned subsidiary Persiaran Eksklusif Sdn Bhd will sell a property in Teluk Intan, Perak to Lotuss Stores (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd for RM41mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Rapid Synergy noted the property consists of a leasehold land measuring 19,876 sq m with a three-storey commercial complex built on it.
Rapid noted the cash proceeds from the sale will be used to repay loans and salary and other business.
The company added that it would make a net gain of about RM2mil from the proposed disposal.
