Destini avoids trading suspension


The company said it has submitted its annual report for the financial year ended June 30, 2025.

PETALING JAYA: Destini Bhd has avoided a potential trading suspension after submitting its annual report for the financial year ended June 30, 2025.

The integrated engineering solutions provider announced earlier this week that its shares will be suspended from Nov 10 if it fails to release its annual report by Nov 7.

“Kindly be advised that the company had on Nov 5, 2025 submitted its annual report that includes the annual audited financial statements, together with the auditors’ and directors’ reports in respect of the financial period ended June 30, 2025 to Bursa Malaysia.

“In view of the above, please be advised there will be no suspension of trading in the above company’s securities on Nov 10.”

The company had failed to submit its annual report to Bursa Malaysia within the stipulated timeframe – namely, Oct 31, 2025.
