’s shares will be suspended from Nov 10 if the company fails to release its annual report by Nov 7.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the integrated engineering solutions provider said it had failed to submit its annual report (which includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors’ and directors’ reports) in respect of the financial period ended June 30, 2025 to Bursa Malaysia within the stipulated timeframe, namely, Oct 31, 2025.
