PETALING JAYA: Hibiscus Petroleum Bhd
’s associate company, 3D Energi Ltd, will commence its drilling operations for the Essington-1 exploration well in the Otway Basin, offshore Victoria, Australia on Nov 1, 2025.
3D Energi said this marks an important operational milestone in its strategy to identify commercially viable natural gas reserves to help supply Australia’s East Coast gas market and meet current and future energy needs.
