PETALING JAYA: Exsim Hospitality Bhd has accepted a letter of award from Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd for sub-contract work worth RM17.64mil involving the supply, fabrication, delivery and installation of carpentry work for apartment units.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Exsim, which is principally involved in the hospitality business, said the period of the sub-contract work shall be aligned with the construction schedule under the main contract awarded to main contractor.
“The main contract commenced on April 1, 2024 and is scheduled for completion on Aug 31, with a duration of 41 months.”
Exsim said the sub-contract work is expected to contribute positively to its net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing.
