Sum Technology targets listing


PETALING JAYA: Sum Technology Bhd is targeting a listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.

The company is principally involved in the provision of turnkey solutions comprising design and build solutions for mission-critical products, technologies and services for cleanrooms, controlled environments and mechanical, electrical, process utilities and fire fighting utilities.

The company is also involved in the manufacture of air handling units (AHU) and trading of AHU and solar photovoltaic panels.

In its prospectus exposure, the company said its initial public offering (IPO) will entail the public issue of 117 million new ordinary shares.

Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd is the sponsor of the company’s IPO.
