Crest Builder wins RM24mil serviced apartments job


PETALING JAYA: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd has received two letters of awards from Quantum Quest Sdn Bhd for the development of service apartments in Kuala Lumpur, worth RM23.93mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the project involves the construction of reinforced concrete works up to level six of three blocks of service apartments and six storey podium at Lot 20001, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.

“The contract period set out in the letter of awards is nine months. The date of commencement will be from Nov 3, 2025 to Aug 3, 2026.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the group for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2025 and onwards.”

Crest Builder said the contract will not have any effect on its issued and paid-up share capital and on the substantial shareholder's shareholdings of the company.

“The directors of the company are of the opinion that the acceptance of the contract is in the best interest of the company.”
