Ringgit ends lower as dollar firms on trade concerns


KUALA LUMPUR: The ringgit slipped against the US dollar at Monday’s close, reflecting renewed strength in the greenback amid lingering trade tensions between the United States and China.

At 6 pm, the local note fell to 4.2265/2295 against the greenback from Friday’s close of 4.2200/2260.
