Structural demand a catalyst for glove sector upside


Kenanga Research said while earnings may remain weak in the near term, structural demand and supply rationalisation offer long-term upside.

PETALING JAYA: Analysts remain “overweight” on the glove sector, stating the sector stocks are trading at deep value levels.

In a report to clients, Kenanga Research said despite the lack of near-term catalysts, glove stocks are trading at prices close to the worst of the down-cycle.
