Eckem Holdings eyes ACE Market listing


PETALING JAYA: Eckem Holdings Bhd is targeting a listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.

The company is principally involved in the distribution, sales and application formulation of specialty industrial chemical products, as well as manufacturing and trading of rubber products.

In its prospectus, the company said its initial public offering (IPO) will entail the public issue of 125 million new ordinary shares.

M & A Securities Sdn Bhd is the sponsor of the company’s IPO.

The company said proceeds from the IPO will be used construction of new corporate office, warehouse and laboratory, expansion of new production lines for its rubber products, repayment of bank borrowings, working capital and listing expenses.
