Farmers’ forum pushes Vietnam’s export ambitions

HANOI: Vietnam is setting its sights on boosting agricultural exports to US$70bil by the end of this year and US$100bil by 2030, as officials and farmers gathered for the 10th National Farmers’ Forum in Hanoi earlier this week.

The forum was co-organised by the Vietnam Farmers’ Union and the Industry and Trade Ministry as part of the “Proud Vietnamese Farmers 2025” event with Nong thon Ngay nay/Dan Viet newspaper and Binh Dien Fertiliser JSC.
