(PetGas) has been given approval on a tax exemption by the Finance Ministry to proceed with a proposed internal reorganisation, which will see the transfer of all its assets, liabilities and business undertakings to its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
The group, which is involved in gas processing, gas transport and utilities, said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that upon completion of the proposed internal reorganisation, each of its business segments will be housed under dedicated business entities.
