PetGas gets nod for internal reorganisation


The group said that upon completion of the proposed internal reorganisation, each of its business segments will be housed under dedicated business entities.

PETALING JAYA: Petronas Gas Bhd (PetGas) has been given approval on a tax exemption by the Finance Ministry to proceed with a proposed internal reorganisation, which will see the transfer of all its assets, liabilities and business undertakings to its wholly-owned subsidiaries.

The group, which is involved in gas processing, gas transport and utilities, said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that upon completion of the proposed internal reorganisation, each of its business segments will be housed under dedicated business entities.
