Bursa ends flat but remains above 1,600 points

KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia ended flat yesterday due to a lack of catalysts, but a slight improvement in trading volume helped keep the key index above the 1,600-point level.

At 5pm, the FBM KLCI edged up 0.21 points to close at 1,603.55, compared with the previous day’s close of 1,603.34.
