ITMAX in RM51mil MPBP job win

PETALING JAYA: ITMax System Bhd has secured a contract from Majlis Perbandaran Batu Pahat (MPBP) for the provision of installation and rental services for a closed-circuit camera system, as well as the setting up of the Batu Pahat Smart Integrated Operations Centre in MPBP for RM50.97mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the network systems provider said the contract, which was secured via a letter of acceptance (LoA), is for a period of 180 months commencing from Sept 1, 2025.

“The LoA is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets per share of the company over the period until the expiry of the contract period. It does not require the approval of the shareholders of ITMAX or any relevant authorities,” it said.
