PETALING JAYA: CBH Engineering Holding Bhd has accepted a letter of award from a main contractor (Company A) for the provision of mechanical and electrical works for a 132 kilowatt (kV) consumer landing station of a proposed data centre in Johor worth RM31.4mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the electrical engineering service provider said the scope of works to be carried out by CBH Engineering under the contract is to supply, install, test and commission mechanical and electrical works.

“The contract period will commence from Sept 7, 2025 until the estimated date of readiness for energisation of March 10, 2026,” it said.

CBH Engineering said the contract will not have any effect on the company’s issued share capital and the substantial shareholders’ shareholding in the company.
