KUALA LUMPUR: Techna-X Bhd
(TXB) has proposed to dispose of its entire 100% equity interest in Caseria Pasifika Sdn Bhd (CPSB), which is held through its wholly owned subsidiary Craveat International Sdn Bhd, for RM4.5mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, TXB said its wholly owned subsidiary Craveat International Sdn Bhd entered into a sale and purchase agreement on Sept 18, 2025, with Debut Supreme Capital Sdn Bhd for the disposal.
