Solarvest trading to be suspended Sept 22 pending partnership announcement


KUALA LUMPUR: Trading in the securities of Solarvest Holdings Bhd will be suspended from 9 am on Sept 22, 2025, pending an announcement.

Trading in the structured warrants relating to Solarvest will also be suspended at the same time.

The clean energy company’s shares closed up one sen at RM2.72, extending year-to-date gains to 60%.

In an invitation issued on behalf of Solarvest, the company said it will hold a press conference to announce a landmark partnership with a global firm that is expected to propel Malaysia’s and Solarvest’s renewable energy future.

The group said the partnership represents a significant step in delivering impactful renewable energy solutions to accelerate Malaysia’s decarbonisation journey in line with the National Energy Transition Roadmap (NETR), while also paving the way for regional expansion to meet growing demand for sustainable power.
