KUALA LUMPUR: Maxim Global Bhd
is acquiring a nine-storey office tower, known as Southbank Block 6, on Old Klang Road for RM29.5mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said it had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Magna Tiara Development Sdn Bhd to acquire the building, which has a total built-up area of 43,475 sq ft, on an en bloc basis.
