KUALA LUMPUR: Haily Group Bhd
’s wholly-owned unit, Haily Construction Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM50.08mil subcontract from Mandy Corp Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Gadang Holdings Bhd, for the construction and completion of a residential project in Gelang Patah, Johor.
In a statement Haily added the project comprises 91 double-storey terrace houses, 45 double-storey terrace houses and a Tenaga Nasional Bhd substation.
The works cover main building and external works, along with mechanical and electrical services.
The project, Laman Citra Phase 3, is slated for completion within 20 months.
With this latest win, Haily’s total secured contract value for 2025 has increased to RM68.11mil.
The company’s portfolio now includes 25 ongoing projects with a cumulative contract value of approximately RM1.05bil.
