Bursa Malaysia said if the company fails to submit the annual report on or before Aug 7, trading in the company’s securities will be suspended from Aug 8.
PETALING JAYA: Bursa Malaysia has warned that the trading of Pestec International Bhd shares will be suspended if the company fails to submit its annual report for its financial year ended March 31.
Bursa Malaysia said if the construction engineering firm fails to submit the annual report on or before Aug 7, trading in the company’s securities will be suspended from Aug 8.
