LYC faces trading suspension


PETALING JAYA: Bursa Malaysia has warned that the trading of LYC Healthcare Bhd shares will be suspended if the company fails to submit its annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

In a filing yesterday, Bursa Malaysia said that if LYC Healthcare fails to submit the outstanding annual report on or before Aug 7, 2025, trading in the company’s securities will be suspended from Aug 8, 2025.

“Pursuant to Paragraph 9.28(6) of the ACE Market Listings Requirements, if the company fails to announce/issue the outstanding annual report 2025 within six months from the expiry of the relevant time frames, in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, Bursa Securities shall commence delisting procedures against the company.”

LYC Healthcare said it expects to issue and submit its annual report, together with its financial statements, on or before Aug 7, 2025.
