Ringgit ends higher against US$, other major currencies on Malaysia-US trade deal optimism


KUALA LUMPUR: The ringgit ended higher against the US dollar and other major currencies, buoyed by optimism that Malaysia could secure a more favourable trade deal with the United States (US), said an analyst.

The local note also traded higher versus the US dollar for the fifth consecutive day.
