PETALING JAYA: Aneka Jaringan Holdings Bhd via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aneka Jaringan Sdn Bhd, has accepted a letter of award from Quantum Alpha Sdn Bhd to undertake the piling works for a data centre at Eco Business Park V, Selangor.

The contract, worth RM72.29mil, is expected to see works begin on July 28, 2025 and end on Dec 27, 2025.

The construction company said the contract will not have any effect on its share capital but is expected to contribute positively to its consolidated earnings and net assets for the financial years ending Aug 31, 2025 and Aug 31, 2026.

“We are proud to play a role in supporting Malaysia’s data infrastructure growth through our technical capabilities in foundational engineering. This award also reflects the group’s steadfast commitment to strong corporate governance and transparent tendering practices, which underpin the trust placed in us by our clients.

“As we continue to grow our project portfolio, we remain focused on maintaining high operational standards and timely delivery,” managing director Pang Tse Fui said in a statement.
