KUALA LUMPUR: Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd
’s 51%-owned subsidiary, Total SR Web 3.0 Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM16.9mil contract from Elektron Berkat Sdn Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the telecommunication system solutions provider said the contract involves the installation, testing and commissioning of underground cables and accessories under TNB-Mainhead’s distribution network asset development.
The contract is scheduled to commence on July 18, 2025 and is expected to be completed by June 20, 2027.
The contract is not expected to have any material impact on SRHB Group’s capital, shareholding, net assets or gearing, but is expected to contribute positively to its earnings for the financial year ending 30 June 2025, barring unforeseen circumstances.
