TIME names Loh Jenkim as group CEO


PETALING JAYA: TIME Dotcom Bhd has appointed Loh Jenkim as group chief executive officer (CEO) effective Sept 23, 2025, succeeding Afzal Abdul Rahim.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, TIME said Afzal, 47, will be redesignated to executive vice-chairman from group CEO, effective Sept 23.

Loh, 53, has over 25 years of experience in telecommunications, energy, and professional services. She is currently the chief commercial officer at TIME, where she leads the company’s commercial strategy, focusing on sustainable profitability, return on investment, and alignment with long-term goals.

For its first quarter ended March 31, 2025, TIME’s net profit rose to RM112.99mil from RM110.67mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue grew to RM428.59mil from RM417.77mil a year earlier.
