Earnings of TM data centres likely to double by FY27

RHB Research said TM is also a key beneficiary of managed wavelength and DC fibre connectivity revenues with increased demand from hyperscalers.

PETALING JAYA: Telekom Malaysia Bhd’s (TM) data centre (DC) earnings may potentially double by financial year 2027, says RHB Research.

By then, it should have full utilisation of the expanded information technology (IT) load of about 40MW with the expansion of its twin-core DCs in Cyberjaya and Iskandar Puteri on track for completion by fourth quarter of 2025, said the research house.
