PETALING JAYA: Property developer Avaland Bhd
is acquiring a parcel of leasehold development land measuring 2.2-acres in Section 13, Petaling Jaya from Comit Communication Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd for RM49mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Avaland said the proposed acquisition represents a strategic step in expanding the group’s presence within the vibrant and thriving township of Petaling Jaya.
