KUALA LUMPUR: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd
via its wholly-owned subsidiary Crest Builder Sdn Bhd has bagged a RM233.3mil contract for the construction of two blocks of serviced apartments with podium in Kuala Lumpur.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the award from Sunway Flora Sdn Bhd was for a project located on Jalan Tiara in Taman Mutiara Bukit Jalil, Petaling.
The duration of the contract is 36 months, with a commencement date to be announced at a later date.
Credt Builder said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the group for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2025, and onwards.
