Late 2024 sales, new launches to buoy market


PETALING JAYA: While property developers recorded mixed earnings during the recently concluded first-quarter results season, the outlook still remains bright, say industry experts.

Fortress Capital founder and chief executive officer Datuk Thomas Yong said property companies can generally expect to demonstrate stronger performance and sales momentum in the second quarter of 2025 (2Q25) and throughout the remainder of 2025.
