HANOI: Thousands of projects, worth quadrillions of dong are stalled due to legal and administrative bottlenecks, wasting national resources and threatening Vietnam’s long-term growth ambitions, say economists and industry insiders.
At the National Assembly, the government reported that 2,200 projects across the country are on hold, involving nearly 5.9 quadrillion dong and more than 347,000ha.
