FIHB wins RM64.9mil contract for PJ Selatan project


KUALA LUMPUR: Federal International Holdings Bhd’s (FIHB) wholly-owned subsidiary, Federal Builders Industries Sdn Bhd (FBI) has secured a RM64.9mil contract from Perumahan Masteron Sdn Bhd (PMSB).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, FIHB said the contract was for the execution of earthworks, piling, and substructure works for a proposed development at PJ Selatan Sentral in Petaling Jaya

FIHB said Phase 3A, 3B, and 3C of the project—covering earthwork, piling, and substructure works—carry contract sums of RM33.17mil, RM16.18mil, and RM15.54mil, respectively. The phases are scheduled to run from June 2025 to October 2027.

“The project is expected to contribute positively to the group’s revenue and earnings for the financial year ending June 30, 2026 and thereafter for the duration of the contracts,” it said.
