PJ Bumi gets nod for factories


PETALING JAYA: PJ Bumi Bhd has secured approval from Majlis Perbandaran Sungai Petani to build 22 units of medium industrial factories in Kedah, with an estimated gross development value of RM40mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, PJ Bumi said the approval is valid for one year, from May 14, 2025 to May 13, 2026.

Groundbreaking is scheduled for the third quarter of this year. The group said the development is expected to contribute positively to its earnings. — Bernama
