Peterlabs files MACC report against director

PETALING JAYA: Peterlabs Holdings Bhd has lodged a formal report with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) against its executive director, Datuk Loh Saw Foong.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the provider of animal nutrition and health products said the report pertains to serious allegations of misconduct, conflict of interest and breach of fiduciary duties.

These matters are currently under internal investigation and relate to potential violations of applicable anti-corruption laws.

“On May 19, 2025, officers from the MACC conducted a raid at the principal offices of both Peterlabs and subsidiary, Thye On Tong Trading Sdn Bhd (where Loh also serves as general manager), as well as the registered offices of the respective entities.”

Peterlabs said MACC officers seized certain documents and files believed to be relevant to the ongoing investigation.

It said its business operations remain unaffected, adding that appropriate interim measures have been put in place.
