KUALA LUMPUR: Peterlabs Holdings Bhd has suspended executive director Datuk Loh Saw Foong from his duties, executive functions, and roles with immediate effect from May 13, 2025, for two weeks, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

Loh also serves as the general manager of its subsidiary, Thye On Tong Trading Sdn Bhd.

“The suspension is a precautionary measure to facilitate an independent and thorough review into allegations of misconduct in breach of the company’s policies and/or the express and/or implied terms and conditions of Loh’s employment,” PeterLabs said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

The animal health products maker and distributor said Loh’s suspension will have no impact on its financials and operations.

During the suspension period, PeterLabs and its subsidiary, Thye On, will continue operations as usual.

Its group managing director, Lim Tong Seng, will temporarily take over Loh’s duties and functions.
