KUALA LUMPUR: OB Holdings Bhd has inked two collaborative agreements with subsidiaries of Hong Kong-listed CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Ltd to jointly develop specialised raw materials by leveraging their respective technological strengths.
In a statement, the manufacturer of fortified food and beverages and dietary supplements said it had entered into the two separate letter of intent (LoI) with CSPC Innovation Pharmaceutical Co Ltd and CSPC Weisheng Pharmaceutical (Shijiazhuang) Co.
