SCBuild's unit to dispose of land in Alor Setar for RM7.93mil


KUALA LUMPUR: SC Estate Builder Bhd's (SCBuild) wholly-owned subsidiary, SC Estate Construction Sdn Bhd (SCEC) has inked a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Pioneer Privilege Sdn Bhd to dispose of a vacant freehold land in Alor Setar, Kedah for RM7.93 million. 

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, SCBuild said proceeds from the proposed disposal would be used to enhance its working capital to facilitate its renewable energy businesses. 

The proposed disposal is expected to be completed within 24 months from the date of the SPA. - Bernama
